This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Mahendra Holiday regarding your use of our Content Services and supersedes any prior arrangements. We may modify these Terms at any time; the latest version will be posted on the site, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

3. Registration, Access & Use

  • Registration may be required for access to certain content tiers (e.g., Free, Premium, Combo or Partner offers).

  • Individual registration only — sharing accounts is prohibited. Premium subscriptions are for single-user access.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or cancel access if account credentials are shared or misused.

7. Pricing, Taxes & Errors

  • Any discount eligibility is assessed at subscription time and cannot be applied retroactively.

  • In case of a pricing error, if we notify you of the correct price, you may cancel or accept; otherwise, we may cancel your subscription and refund you in full.

8. Renewal & Cancellation

  • Monthly subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the period ends. We will inform you at least 7 days before any price change that affects renewal.

  • To cancel, follow the instructions on our site or contact our support team before the renewal date.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Our Content Services are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any claim related to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription.

  • We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (including loss of profits, business interruption, or data).
